Legal basis of processing
The legal basis of the data processing in the context of the EU data protection basic regulation for our data processing is Art. 6 DS-GVO. In detail, depending on the situation in which we process your data, different legal bases may arise.
Insofar as your consent has been obtained for the processing of personal data, Article 6 I a) of the GDPR is the legal basis for the processing of data. A given consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
In the processing of personal data collected for the performance of a contract of which you are a party, Article 6 I b) of the GDPR is the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations required to carry out pre-contractual measures.
Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation that our company is subject to, Article 6 (c) of the GDPR serves as the legal basis.
In the event that vital interests of you or any other natural person require the processing of personal data, Article 6 (d) of the GDPR is the legal basis.
If processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned do not outweigh the legitimate interest, then Article 6 (f) of the GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing. The legitimate interest of our company lies in the execution of our business activities.
