CORONA I Industrial Illumination System
The Chromasens CORONA I LED line scan camera illumination was constructed especially for use in classic line scan camera applications. The illumination modules are available in various focal distances, lengths and colours (white, red, green, blue). They are characterised by a very homogeneous light distribution across the width.
Focussing and light control take place via reflective surfaces with patented shapes. The reflective technology allows a colour-accurate and spectrally homogeneous illumination line as, in contrast to lens focussed systems, no dispersion-based colour defects occur.
The CORONA I has an external LED controller which ensures a stable control of light emissions. This is controlled by an RS232 interface or the PWM (pulse width modulation) access. Based on CORONA I technology, illuminance values of up to 300,000 lux can be reached.
